Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act

Pathways Management Group is part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Program. PMG provides at-risk youth, between the ages of 16-24, assistance with a variety of career and educational services. The program is designed to help students explore career options, develop post-secondary plans, participate in workforce preparation activities and job skills training.
